Things are only going to get nastier as we head further and further into election season, closer and closer towards November.?So before we get bombarded with the dirty politics to come, why not come together and have a laugh at and watch two other horrible fictional candidates duke it out for a North Carolina House seat that, with any luck, may make our real life politics look far less outrageous?
I've got a bunch of seats to see Zach Galifianakis and Will Ferrell square off in THE CAMPAIGN on Monday night, August 6, at 7:30 p.m., at the AMC Aventura 24, and they're yours for the taking if you can show just a litty bit of political savvy.
For a pair of tickets, pick either Galifianakis or Ferrell, and create a campaign slogan for whoever would get your votes. Get creative in showing your support for who you feel is a better actor/comedian in your opinion or to disparage the other guy.?
In the body of the email, send your name and your campaign slogan to?Contests@AintItCool.com?with the following subject line exactly (in all CAPS):
ROCK THE VOTE
If you're missing any of the information I'm asking for, then it's as if you don't even have an entry, no matter how good it may have been.?
Entries will be judged on their merit as they come in, and once our allotment is fulfilled by enough quality submissions to land these tickets, winners will be posted up on the site.?
If you're not sure if you're going to be able to make it though, it's quite simple - don't enter. If you don't think you can get out of work early enough, or if you have class, homework, chores, scheduled surgery, an unreliable car, prior engagements or previous commitments that may prevent you from attending this screening, don't try to win only to let these seats go to waste.?
