Omega 3 May Prevent You From Dieing Young Due to Disease

Are you ready to accept it as a destiny, that you are sure to suffer from depression, arthritis, diabetes and other diseases as you age? Are you ready to accept the fact that you may die of cancer someday? Are you prepared to let your body fall prey to these chronic diseases because that is what has happened possibly to your grandparents, parents or siblings?

Most of the people assume that one of these fatal diseases above will take their lives when they are old unless they die young due to an accident. They figure that as they age their fingers will become crippled and brittle. Their bones will degenerate resulting in a hump or remaining shorter. Then you could also fall prey to Alzheimer disease, where they have no memory of|where the memory loss could result in the total black out as to] what has happened in their life or knowledge about what's going on right now.

They possibly ?foresee themselves becoming more of a burden on their children. They fear that that their children may not be as loving and kind to them as they were to their children when they were young. It's sad to think that sometimes we feel that the giant wheel of life has taken a full circle, and we are back to where we had started all weak and helpless.

I personally would never like to wear diapers, sitting in a wheel chair at a home for the aged, being depressed over everything that I have lost out ?due to illness. I plan to remain healthy till the end. How can I feel so optimistic about all ?this? As if it will happen to everyone else except me?

I have got to know how to extend my life of being a healthy adult. I have read and researched about omega 3 very deeply. This is very nearly the fountain of youth.

Omega 3 can help prevent or help in conditions of so many diseases. Heart disease can be prevented. Strokes, Alzheimer's, diabetes are all just a few to mention. Certain types of cancer such as prostrate, breast or colon can possibly be prevented by adding omega 3 to your diet.

What is omega 3? It's simple. It's a fatty acid that our bodies need and most of us do not get enough of. Without it, our chances of catching the above mentioned diseases increase greatly.

Where do I get omega 3? Fish is a great source. Cold water oily type such as salmon, tuna or halibut. Then there?s English walnuts, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, canola oil, etc to provide you with omega 3. If you cannot eat fish, or the items I have mentioned above, there are plenty of supplements out there for you to take. A dosage of 3 grams of omega 3 per day is quite sufficient. Most supplements are available in the form of gel tabs and one tab equals a gram of omega. If you look around, you will find that there are many types of supplements available and some even come in one dose a day.

Take charge of your life. Don't sit there and expect these diseases to take your health away some day. Do something about it and start a daily regime of omega 3 and possibly be healthy for life.
