When I was younger, I paid very little attention to what I ate or how I cooked. ?Deep friend, chemical laden, it really never crossed my mind to cook healthier than I was. I received a Chef Eco-Logic 11? frying pan to try out. ?I used it in several meals including frying a steak, hamburgers and making spaghetti sauce. ?I had no sticking at all during meal preparation and the clean up was a breeze. the pan is very light weight which I really appreciate because I have problems with my wrist that make lifting heavy pans uncomfortable. ?The handle stayed cool while I was cooking with it as well which is a great feature. ?No worries about accidentally grabbing the handle and burning yourself because you aren?t paying attention. The coating on the Chef Eco-Logic seems to be quite durable. ?I?ve used some non-stick pans in the past and have noticed flaking off of the coating. ?The Chef Eco-Logic had no flaking or abrasion at all even with repeated use. This is definitely a pan I?ll be using to do more healthy cooking for my family!
